Return policy

We will replace an incorrect order or a defective piece at our expense (including return cost and new delivery).

However, the exchange of a product for a reason of size or model is at the expense of the customer (both return and new delivery).

Shipping policy

Please allow approximately 6 to 10 working days for receipt of your order. 

We offer you a few delivery options:

- Envelope $5 (for small purchases) with no tracking (Canada Post or Purolator in Canada).

- Regular parcel $9.95 with a tracking number (Canada Post or Purolator in Canada).

- Free pick-up option at our drop-off points in Terrebonne or Val-David.

Note: Free delivery in Quebec for orders of $150 or more.
