We will replace at our expense an order error or a defective piece.

However, the exchange of a product for reasons of size or model is at the customer's expense.

Delivery policy 

Please allow approximately 5 to 10 working days for receipt of your order.

We offer you three delivery options:

- $5 envelope (without tracking number) for smaller shipments.

- Regular package $9.95 (with tracking number).

- Free pick-up option from our Terrebonne drop-off point.

Note : Free delivery in Quebec for purchases of $150 and more.

Payment Policies 

Payments can be made by credit card.

It is possible to use only one promotional code per order.
